What, so you just cut and paste something directly from my website, including my personal commentary (and my typos, which would put to lie any suggestion that this was anything other than a cut and paste job) and think that it's okay because you link to my website?
It's not okay.
This is not fair use, this is not appropriate, this is not anything except a violation of my copyright -- a copyright which is clearly marked on every page of my site. To make it worse, your site has a Creative Commons license so people surfing through for the last 7 months could've made use of my work thinking that your permission was sufficient.
Consider this a cease and desist notice -- remove this post, and any other which consists of content taken from my site.
If this action is not completed by 8 p.m. US EDT on Monday, July 17, 2006, I will take further action, including, if necessary, a DMCA action via your webhosting company.
