Brussell Sprouts with Pancetta

1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 pound pancetta chopped
1/2 a red onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste.
