1/2 large pink grapefruit
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice1 cup blueberries
Directions:
Section pink grapefruit and discard membrane.
Dice grapefruit and mix with chopped onion, jalapeno pepper, honey and lime juice.
