Turkey Stuffing Recipes

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
Turkey giblets
2 large onions
2 stalks celery
12-15 cups bread crumbs
3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons sage

Directions

Mix the bread crumbs and seasoning together in a big bowl.
Remove the giblets from the turkey, cut them into smallpieces and saute in a frying pan in the margarine with the onions and celery.

My favourite Christmas cookie
Ingredients:

1 cup butter/margarine
1 package instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
1 egg
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
apricot jam
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons butter/margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream butter and pudding mix together.
Beat in egg.
Mix in flour.
Shape into small balls, roll in sugar and place on greased baking sheet.

Crusty Parmesan Wings

Ingredients:

3/4 cups Italian salad dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
3 lbs. chicken wings, split and tip removed

Directions:

Pour salad dressing into small bowl.
