1 lb Mild Italian Sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
4 medium potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
1 medium red onion chopped
2 carrots sliced
1 sweet bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
1 14 oz tin diced tomates
2 gloves garlic finely chopped
1 tbsn fresh rosemary finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

4 large red or yellow tomatoes
¼ cup Balsamic Reduction (see recipe)
Salt and Fresh black pepper to taste

2 lb.. dry oatmeal
1 lb. suet
1 lb. lamb’s liver
