<p>I think there is only one reason why we have cable, <a title="foodtv.ca food network canada recipes" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="tag">Food Network Canada</a>. We watch: <a title="chef at home michael smith" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=82664" target="_blank" rel="tag">Chef at Home</a> and fill notebook pages with recipe ideas; <a title="recipes Dave Lieberman" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=101883" target="_blank" rel="tag">Good Deal with Dave Lieberman</a>&nbsp;and print a score of recipes; <a title="alton brown" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=51825" target="_blank" rel="tag">Good Eats</a>&nbsp;expands our knowledge of&nbsp;how food and food prep &ldquo;works&rdquo; and <a title="Hell's Kitchen" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=91635" target="_blank" rel="tag">Gordon Ramsey</a> expands our vocabulary. <img src="http://www.t4food.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/smile3.gif" />&nbsp;Not to mention, deep down inside, I have a longing to roast coffee using the <a title="food jammers" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/foodjammers/" target="_blank" rel="tag">Food Jammers</a>&rsquo; <a title="bbq coffee roasting" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=94172" target="_blank">rig</a>.</p>
<p>The <a title="foodtv.ca" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="tag">Food Network Canada web site</a> contains a wealth of resources: recipes, how-to video, profiles, tools, etc. Back in November, they added a blog to the mix. Written by journalist and foodie <a title="Catherine Jheon profile" href="http://www.foodtv.ca/blog/pages/About-CJ.aspx?body=1" target="_blank" rel="tag">Catherine Jheon</a>, the blog covers all you might expect from such a vehicle, with a particular emphasis on <strong>Food Network Canada</strong> content.</p>
<p>I&rsquo;ve added the link to my blogroll on the right. If you haven&rsquo;t visited, drop by <cite cite="http://www.foodtv.ca/blog/"><a href="http://www.foodtv.ca/blog/">Food for Thought - a Foodtv.ca blog and </a></cite>check it out.</p>
