2 tablespoons flour
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Put stew beef in crockpot. Add flour and stir to coat meat.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.

1/2 cup Portabella mushrooms, diced
2 lbs. ground beef

6 tbsp. BBQ sauce, divided
