Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup drained mushrooms
  • 1-1/4 cups condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water, red wine or beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. In a fry pan, brown the ground beef and onion; drain well.
  2. Stir in mushrooms, soup and water.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil.
  5. Serve over noodles or rice.
