Homemade Low-Fat Potato Chips

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Vegetable oil
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
- Lightly oil a baking sheet.
- Cut potatoes in half crosswise.
- Using a mandoline, slice potato halves into thin slices.
- Place slices on oiled baking sheet.
- Brush tops of slices with vegetable oil.
- Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Place chips in brown paper bag with a pinch of sea salt per potato and shake.
