Homemade Low-Fat Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  3. Cut potatoes in half crosswise.
  4. Using a mandoline, slice potato halves into thin slices.
  5. Place slices on oiled baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops of slices with vegetable oil.
  7. Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Place chips in brown paper bag with a pinch of sea salt per potato and shake.
