Homemade Low-Fat Potato Chips

Potatoes
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Cut potatoes in half crosswise.
Using a mandoline, slice potato halves into thin slices.
Place slices on oiled baking sheet.
Brush tops of slices with vegetable oil.
Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.

4 pork chops
1 yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1/3 c. sherry or red wine vinegar
1/4 c. pitted unsweetened dried cherries or cranberries, chopped
