Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 tsp olive oil
¼ cup chopped onions
½ tsp minced garlic
2 cups packed chopped Swiss chard
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Beef Bourguignon

2 pounds lean stew beef, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 sliced carrot
1 sliced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Weight Loss Diet and Exercise
