Fresh Lime Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced jicama
- 1 orange peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons of lime zest, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Serve with grilled chicken or fish
