Slow Cooker Oriental Beef and Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2  pounds boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4  cup sherry
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 12 ounces cooked vermicelli

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot.
  2. Cover, cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours).
  3. Serve over noodles.

NB: May be doubled for 5 quart models.
