Crockpot Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Put stew beef in crockpot. Add flour and stir to coat meat.
- Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
- Mix well. Cover and cook on Low 8−10 hours (or on High: 4−5 hours).
- Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
