Greek Salad

Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 red sweet pepper, diced
1/2 green sweet pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup black kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 cup shredded fresh oregano
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vinegars, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes, peppers, olives, cucumbers, Feta cheese, and oregano. Toss well and serve.
