Spaghetti Carbonara

A quick and easy pasta recipe that is one of my favourites.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. 2 tbsp. light cream
- 1/4 lb. crisply cooked bacon
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly grated pepper
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. The spaghetti must be very hot when the eggs are poured over it so they will cling and continue to cook.
- Fry bacon pieces until crisp.
- Mix salt, pepper, eggs and cream together.
- Drain spaghetti and place in a warm bowl
- Add the egg and cream mixture to the spaghetti and toss to mix.
- Sprinkle with bacon, Parmesan cheese and pepper and toss again.
